“My family and I are long time power sports enthusiasts....so we have owned numerous ATV's and such over the years. As consumers, we are always looking for the best deals when purchasing new toys. Carter Powersports has other major dealers in Las Vegas to compete with, and obviously we shop around to obtain the best deal for US. This much I know...Carter Powersports is hands down the best dealer in town, and it's not all about just the price. From our first purchase with Carter back in 2013, Jeff Porter the Sales Manager has been nothing but absolutely professional! His staff, Drake & Theron are also very professional and made me feel like an appreciated customer from the first introductions. No high pressure sales, no insulting my intelligence, just honest great customer service. In the end, we've made another purchase, and we leave feeling we got treated respectfully and got a great deal. Carter Powersports makes another sale, and everyone is happy. More importantly, they'll stand behind the sale in the years that follow, after the inks dry and the checks are cashed. Their major competitor in town had a chance to gain my business on the exact machine at the same price. Everything was equal...but they refused. Carter's deal beat it by considerable margin and it was done in a short 30 min visit. Simple...no back and forth. What more can I say? Thank You Jeff, Drake, and Theron! You're a credit to Carter Powersports and we appreciate the Excellent Customer Service gentlemen. It's because of you 3 people and the service you provided we will return! We feel like appreciated customers, something that your competitors can't seem to quit.”

“By far the best service in town. My 18 year old son went to two different dealers, one being Carters, to trade in a bike and buy new and they treated him with the respect he deserved and didn't take advantage of the fact he was 18. “I took my windshield off my bike and really messed up a bolt on my triple tree clamp. The guys in the service dept. were able to not only get the bolt out but they saved me $250 by re tapping the holes so I didn't have to buy a new top clamp. THANKS GUYS YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!”

“We live in Pennsylvania, and when our son's bike blew up in Vegas, we needed to help him. These people were GREAT. We got a very fair price on a bike, and they even worked it out on our debit card. These people bent over backwards to help us. There's not too many businesses around today that will go to the extent they did to help someone in a bind, without taking advantage of them. “I previously reviewed blogs about all the shops in town and have came to the conclusion that most people blog when they are upset. So knowing this I wanted to see for myself first hand. When I was ready to buy my next motorcycle I have 3 I "shopped" around to see where I wanted to spend my hard earned money. I visited every dealership in town and came to realize only one spot "earned" my business. Carter Power Sports was the friendliest most knowledgeable staff I have found. I told the sales rep that was not buying today and wanted time to look. He replied that his job is not to "sell" but to offer everyone a "great experience" and that the rest will fall in place. I could not believe what I heard. He showed me around we just talked motorcycles for a while. Need-less to say I came back. The process was smooth and fun...we made some jokes and busted the sales managers balls but he made it fun as well. Great place to do business!" “I just wanted to say thanks again to Brad in sales and Kristin in service. I recently made a big move from a Vulcan 500 to the nomad 1700. I have had several questions and they have been very friendly and helpful. (Almost like talking to your brother/sister except they don't whack you in the shoulder) I had a trunk added to my bike and needed to know the weight max, which wasn't listed on the websites. Brad made a few calls and called me back with the answer within an hour. Everyone there is helpful. Thanks for helping me make a safe transition.”

“I have been looking within the US for a very original and clean Honda blackbird. When I called Carter there sales person Jessie was very Knowledgeable and honest. Worked with me for a fair price. I live in Phx, AZ. Flew to Las Vegas to look at bike, it is exactly what Jessie the sales person said. I purchased it and Carter was very professional and friendly to deal with. They also worked very seamlessly to have it shipped to me in Az. I have 4 street bikes and will diffidently look to Carter Powersports in future when I look for another bike.”

“The service staff at Carter Powersports recently provided a unique service to me and my wife that I wanted to share. We recently shipped our bikes from central North Carolina to Las Vegas and then home afterward so we could ride the Grand Circle of National Parks on our own Honda motorcycles. Carter Powersports worked with us as our shipping destination in Vegas as well as the outlet from which our bikes were shipped home after the ride. In fact, we are anticipating them back here in NC any time now. Greg and the service department staff worked courteously with our shipper and then with us upon our arrival in Vegas to pick up the bikes and begin the ride. Then, all we then had to do after the return to Vegas was to get off the bikes and inform staff we were back. They took care of having the bikes available for our shipper the next day.

Again, my wife and I could tell this was an atypical service for Carter Powersports to provide, but they really made the initial pickup and then return shipment of our bikes back to NC a breeze. Keep in mind that, living in NC, we are not regular customers of this company. They went above and beyond the call to make this happen for folks with whom they had no prior business dealings.

Thanks to Greg and the service staff at Carter Powersports for a job well done. Thanks also to the ownership and management of this excellent facility for giving your staff the flexibility to work with customers in this fashion. We were TOTALLY impressed to find such "Southern Hospitality" alive and well in Las Vegas!!”

“I just purchased my second scooter (the 2013 Honda PCX 150) from Carter Powersports and can't say enough about not only the bike, but the staff there. This new bike is an absolute dream! It's only been out for a few weeks and I was lucky to get one, and so glad I came along at the right time. It is perfect in every way - mechanically, looks, riding comfort, and especially...speed. I can now zip along with Vegas traffic at whatever speed I need to, comfortably and safely without having to worry about the tailgaters on my bumper. If you need a new scooter/bike for local traffic get one if you can. They are very reasonably priced and at 114 mpg the perfect bike for getting around the entire city on a budget. Lastly, I mention the staff...friendly, accommodating and always helpful with any questions, providing a quick response with correct answers to my questions, and more importantly, never standing over your shoulder to make a sale like so many other salesmen in the business. This is my 15th bike (ranging from the 50cc Ruckus to the Honda 1300) and without a doubt, one of the best built and most fun to ride of all of them. Kudo's to Carter Powersports once again!”
